This special evening brings together the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship and the bold character of Saltlick’s fire-led cuisine in a thoughtfully curated six-course set menu, complemented by special cocktail pairings crafted to enhance each course.

The highlights of the evening include Saltlick’s signature Tomahawk, alongside a special creation by Chef Daijiro Horikoshi prepared exclusively for this collaboration.
